About
What this publication is.
Beverly Dermatology is an independent editorial property covering beverly hills dermatology. We report on the conditions, the treatments, and the dermatologists who do the work, without paid placement, sponsored rankings, or referral fees disguised as editorial.
Why we exist
Most of what gets called “dermatology content” on the open web is one of three things: AI-rewritten clinic copy, affiliate posts chasing search traffic, or PR releases dressed up as journalism. There is room for something quieter, a publication that takes the subject seriously, talks to the practitioners who actually do the work, and tells readers the truth even when the truth is “we don’t know yet.”
How we work
We report on the practitioners who actually do the work and link out to their own writing and to primary sources. We do not accept payment for editorial placement or run sponsored rankings. When a dermatologist or clinic is mentioned, readers should assume it is because they earned the mention, not because they sponsored it.
Editorial standards
We use cautious language. We say may help instead of cures. We tell readers when something is still being studied. We link to primary sources, peer-reviewed journals, FDA labeling, professional society guidelines — whenever a claim warrants it. And we always tell readers to talk to a licensed dermatologist about their specific situation. This publication is not a substitute for medical advice.
Who is behind it
Beverly Dermatology is published by Ankord Media, an independent media house that operates a portfolio of editorial properties in medicine, design, and finance. Editorial decisions are independent of any commercial relationship Ankord Media maintains.
